Adult Learning Center
The Region 1 Adult Learning Center provides services that help adults increase knowledge and improve skills that are essential in today's changing world. The Adult Learning Center is a grant-funded program through the ND Department of Public Instruction. Services are available to anyone 16 or older seeking basic academic/life skills or a high school equivalency (GED). We offer an English Language program to students who are wanting to learn English as a second language.
The Adult Learning Center holds classes from August-May as we follow a traditional school year schedule. If you are in the Watford City area, please use the Watford City waitlist. There is no charge to the student to register and attend classes.
We no longer have a waitlist for GED classes in Williston. If you are interested in GED classes, we will be holding registration on the following dates at 9am. If you are unable to attend on one of the below dates, please reach out to brenna.lordemann@cp55586.com to schedule a different time. Please bring a valid ID to register.
